CARD REGULATIONS AGREEMENT
To request a copy of your specific Card Regulations Agreement, call us at 1-800-757-1515. As the card issuer, we will send to the cardholder or otherwise make available to the cardholder a copy of the cardholder’s agreement no later than 30 days after we receive your request.
